Black Books: The Complete Series 3

Double Take
We all love a lookalike and none more so than the characterisations featured in Alison Jackson's Double Take. This award-winning BBC2 series is finally available on DVD, featuring 70 classic 'Best of' minutes from the series and 22 minutes of bonus material. The 'realistic' footage of our favourite celebs in hilarious and compromising situations is attained with clever use of camera angles and grainy shots. This is a must-have in your collection if you fancy seeing the Queen getting her legs waxed and Bush and Blair working out in the gym. Watch some clips at www.doubletakedvd.com.

That Peter Kay Thing
This unique hybrid of comedy and drama is based in Bolton, where comedian Peter Kay stars as fifteen different character including Mr Softee, Leonard and Max. Throughout the six part series, Peter's characters interact with other characters and `real' members of the public, and it's been deemed one of the funniest programmes to appear on British TV in recent years. The DVD features all episodes from the series and includes special unseen extras on a double disc.

Ricky Gervais Live 2 - Politics
Filmed before a live audience at the Palace Theatre, London, in 2004, the theme of Ricky's new show is, unsurprisingly, politics. The comedian, and star of The Office, tackles political hot potatoes such as Thora Hird, and talks of being mistaken for Johnny Vegas, beret wearing students and Humpty Dumpty. He is hilarious, but this DVD is not for the faint-hearted. Extras include the bonus film Living with Ricky plus Meet Karl Pilkington - An Interview with Ricky Gervais, DVD commentary by Ricky and much more.

Classic Connolly - Billy and Albert
Billy Connolly's legendary show filmed at The Royal Albert Hall in 1987 is finally released on DVD. Originally released on video, Billy and Albert went platinum proving that this is Billy at his best. It's not for the easily offended though, but as a fan, you will expect no less from the sensational Scotsman, as he reflects on the sign of the times including Nuclear Holocaust, Thatcher and Regan, linoleum, babies, old people and high fibre diets. It's a must for any Billy fan.

Little Britain
Meet the characters that inhabit Little Britain in the first series of the comedy sketch show: including Dafydd, the only gay in the village, Fatfighters group leader Majorie Dawes and Emily the unconvincing transvestite, as enacted by comedians Matt Lucas and David Walliams. These are just a few of the characters in this smash comedy and essential dissection of British life. The DVD is worth buying for the episodes alone, but extras include episode commentary, behind the scenes documentary, deleted scenes and a lot more. Buy it now
