Annabel Karmel's Banana and Chocolate Pancakes

You can use all milk chocolate, but it's more
sugary so only use 1 tbsp syrup
Ingredients
- 50g/2oz milk chocolate, chopped
- 50g/2oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 100ml/3 1/2 fl oz double cream
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- 2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, to serve

- After making the pancakes, or reheating cold pancakes in a microwave for around seconds each, keep them warm in a low oven.
- To make the sauce, put the chocolate, cream and syrup in a small bowl and melt in the microwave in -second bursts, stirring well in between, or over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally and making sure the bowl doesn?t touch the water.
