Are you getting enough nutrients?

 

According to the British Nutrition Foundation, our nutritional requirements don’t really change between the ages of 19 and 50, except during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if our levels of physical activity suddenly change. But while most of us are getting the nutrients we need in our daily diet, there’s room for improvement for many of us. The main nutrient groups we need to eat from every day are:
