Aries fitness profile
Aries is always on the go. With energy to burn, the trick is to keep on moving. Like all Fire Signs, the Ram is powerfully animated and courageous. As an Aries, you probably like things to be done fast, and you always want to be first. Second place just isnt good enough. You may like a challenge, but only if youre going to win. It may be hard to hold your attention, so anything routine is out. As far as working out, going to the gym every day and running laps is not for you. High impact aerobics and Tae-Bo, however, may be right up your alley. Any new fads or action-packed sports like motor racing and rollerblading are good choices. Be careful, though Aries are prone to head injuries. Remember to always wear a helmet!
