How can I tell it's not imagination?
I would like to be sure I am not imagining my feelings. I sense the spirits and feel my departed family are around me and I talk to them as if they are, but sometimes I start to doubt myself and think it's just my imagination running away with me.
How can I tell the difference?
Thank you for your interesting question, I am sure many people must have the same doubts about loved ones who have passed on. I think there are a couple of important factors here. Firstly, do you feel their presence when you are feeling low, in need of comfort or at other specific times?
This would be important from a 'timing' point of view. Secondly, I feel it is unlikely to be your imagination. We are never separated from loved ones, even after death, as long as we continue to love them. The love is a link from heaven to earth and experienced in the sensations you are describing.
Trust your instinct, allow the love to flow and I feel sure the people you love will be there for you.
