How can you tell when an angel is nearby?
Could you let us know all the ways we can tell when an angel is nearby?
I've had a variety of experiences. One was when my Nan was dying and she saw a very tall and beautiful lady standing behind me. I don't know if this was an angel of mine or hers.
You ask how would you know if an angel is near and there are so many ways I scarcely know where to begin! A light touch on the shoulder or head, a tingling sensation, a wonderful fragrance with no obvious source, gentle music, tingling bells, again all with no source obvious.
The white feather is very obvious and so many do experience this. It is often called the angels' 'calling card'. Less well-known is the simple coincidence, often angelically-inspired and, interestingly enough, the more we trust coincidences, the more they will happen. Many people see warm, bright light. It could be white or even a colour. So you see, there are many, many ways.
You ask about the angel behind you when your Grandmother was dying. I think at that specific time, it was the angel to take your Grandmother to the next world, especially as it was she who could see it. You can be sure however, that this angel was only too aware of your presence and will be close should you need her also. Remember, it is not so much a case of seeing is believing but believing is seeing.
