Baked Peaches with Amaretti and Raspberry

Ingredients
- For the raspberry sauce:
- 225g raspberries
- 50g sugar
- For the peaches:
- 8 large peaches, halved and stoned
- 100g Amaretti biscuits
- 50g butter, melted, plus more for greasing
- 3 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 3 tbsp flaked almonds
- 150ml water

- Heat the raspberries and sugar together in a saucepan until just simmering. Cool slightly then pass through a sieve.
- Preheat the oven to //gas mark Butter a large ovenproof dish and place the peaches in cut-side up.
- Mix together the Amaretti biscuits, butter, sugar and almonds and sprinkle over the peaches.
- Pour the water around the peaches and cook for about minutes or until the fruit is tender.
- Serve warm with the raspberry sauce and crme frache.
