Barbecue pork with bok choi

Make this dish spicier by using sweet chilli sauce instead of the tomato ketchup
 

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 3 tbsp low-salt soy sauce
  • 4 pork leg steaks, trimmed of excess fat
  • 4 heads bok choi, halved lengthways
Serves: 4       whats this
 

Directions

  1. Mix the ketchup, garlic and soy sauce together in a large bowl, then add the pork and rub in the sauce. Leave to marinate for minutes. Heat a grill to Medium-High.
  2. Put the chops on a non-stick baking tray and grill for minutes, turning and basting with any leftover sauce until cooked through.
