Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 50g green pepper, chopped
  • 300g canned tomatoes
  • 100g canned haricot beans, drained
  • 100g canned red kidney beans, drained
  • 100g boiled green lentils
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
