How to have sexy summer legs

continued from page 1

Now your legs are in super shape, it's time to pay attention to your feet. Remove any old nail polish using a cotton wool pad soaked in nail varnish remover. Trim toe nails straight across with clippers and file them carefully in to a square shape with round edges. It's worth adding a few drops of olive oil to your cuticles to soften them up, then push back the cuticles using an orange stick. Next take a foot-file and slough away hard dead skin on the heels or soles of your feet. Select a rich foot cream and spend some time massaging it into your feet.

Once the moisturiser is absorbed, add the finishing touches. Wipe off any excess moisturiser on your toe nails using a cotton wool pad soaked in water. Make space between your toes using a foam toe separator. Apply a base coat first and allow it to dry, then select a colour - bright and bold colours are definitely in for toes this year Try bright orange or hot pink. If you're feeling more conservative, go for a tawny brown or dusky rose shade. Apply two coats of polish allowing plenty of time to dry between coats. Finish off with a slick of topcoat. Re-apply topcoat after a couple of days to prevent chipping. Correct any mistakes using a corrector pen or a cotton bud dipped in nail polish remover. Allow a few hours before you slip on your favourite summer sandals and you're away!
