Tips for healthy teeth

Which leg type are you?

continued from page 1

Uptown legs

You have: Perfectly proportioned legs
Celeb leg mates: Sarah Jessica Parker, Jennifer Aniston, Melanie Sykes
Their secrets:Knee-skimming designs in luxe fabrics
Try to hit the knee dead on - it means you see the entire calf beneath - any longer and you'll 'broaden' your leg. Heavy, fluid fabrics in creams and caramels have become Melanie Sykes' trademark - they'd look decidedly ordinary if her legs weren't smooth and gleaming. Jennifer Aniston also goes super-sophisticated in knee-length column dresses and ribbon-tie shoes - Manolos of course
Your mission: With clever dressing, you can let your clothes do the talking for you - provided that your legs look smooth and toned with regular exfoliation, shaving and moisturising.

Pocket diva legs

You have: Short legs and a petite frame
Celeb leg mates: Kylie Minogue, Rachel Stevens, Billie Piper
Their secrets: The mini skirt is a wardrobe staple
It gives a great sense of proportion to a small frame and also looks fab with heels - which these girls also use to give them a height advantage. Who hasn't seen Billie with her trademark ripped denim mini, or Kylie without a thigh-skimming Julien Macdonald number? (A word of warning: don't copy Kylie's gold hot pants look unless your legs are seriously toned.) For smaller girls, if you want to go for long skirts, keep fabrics light - like floaty chiffons - or you'll look swamped.
Your mission: Experiment with minis - the length counts. Just below the bum and you should keep the look casual with boots or coloured flats: a little longer and you move into high-heel territory, and just above the knee go for sandals to glam things up.
