'Place in a low side parting, blow-dry the hair concentrating on the roots, and then tip the head forward for that extra volumised edge,' says Akin Konizi, International Creative Director for hob salons.

Section areas of the crown and back-comb at the roots to build height, then gather the hair into a ponytail and secure. Smooth over the front and brush through the ponytail to give a loose and natural, yet stylised feel.
