An easy to make rich and filling summer supper.
Ingredients
- Lean beef sirloin steaks (or cooked cold roast beef)
- 225g (8oz) baby potatoes (halved)
- 175g (6oz) broad beans
- Watercress (one bunch)
- 8tbsp (120ml) Creme Fraiche
- 15-30ml (1-2tbsp) horseradish sauce

- In a pan of boiling water cook the baby potatoes for - minutes until cooked through. During the last minutes of cooking time add the broad beans to the pan. Drain and leave to cool slightly.
- Meanwhile in a pan cook the steaks for approximately minutes (for medium done). Take half the watercress and arrange over two plates.
