Beef, broad bean and horseradish salad

An easy to make rich and filling summer supper.
 

Ingredients

  • Lean beef sirloin steaks (or cooked cold roast beef)
  • 225g (8oz) baby potatoes (halved)
  • 175g (6oz) broad beans
  • Watercress (one bunch)
  • 8tbsp (120ml) Creme Fraiche
  • 15-30ml (1-2tbsp) horseradish sauce
Serves: 2 Preparation: 10 Cook Time: 20 Total Time: 30min whats this
 

Directions

  1. In a pan of boiling water cook the baby potatoes for - minutes until cooked through. During the last minutes of cooking time add the broad beans to the pan. Drain and leave to cool slightly.
  2. Meanwhile in a pan cook the steaks for approximately minutes (for medium done). Take half the watercress and arrange over two plates.
