Ditch the sythentically sweet shop bought bbq sauce for this home-made relish
Ingredients
- 450g (1lb) lean minced beef
- 10ml (2tsp) Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 apple (cored and sliced)
- 15ml (1tbsp) oil
- Onion (chopped)
- 50g (2oz) mushrooms
- 105ml (7tbsp) Tomato Ketchup
- 15ml (1tbsp) Worcestershire sauce
- 20ml (4tbsp) English Mustard

- To make the barbecue sauce heat the oil in a pan and cook the onion and mushrooms for minutes until softened. Add apple, l (t) water, ml (bsp) Tomato Ketchup, ml(bsp) Worcestershire Sauce and ml(sp) English Mustard. Cook for - minutes until thickened.
- Meanwhile make the burgers. In a bowl mix together the lean minced beef with ml (bsp) Tomato Ketchup, ml (sp) English Mustard and ml (sp) Worcestershire Sauce. Season and mix well.
