- 450g/1 lb thick pork sausages
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 900g/2 lb potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 45ml/3 tbsp black bean sauce (available in the foreign foods section)
- 15ml/1 tbsp honey
- 15ml/1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 gravy packet (optional)
- milk, as desired
- butter, as desired

- Place the pork sausages on a baking tray with the onion. Cook for about minutes at //Gas Mark until sausages are cooked through.
- Meanwhile, boil the potatoes.
