Zabaglione, the sweet Italian 'mousse', is lovely rippled with a few crushed berries for a quick, outstanding dessert
Ingredients
- For the blackberry zabaglione, you will need:
- 400g/14oz blackberries
- 140g/5oz golden caster sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 vanilla pod
