Zabaglione, the sweet Italian 'mousse', is lovely rippled with a few crushed berries for a quick, outstanding dessert
 

Ingredients

  • For the blackberry zabaglione, you will need:
  • 400g/14oz blackberries
  • 140g/5oz golden caster sugar
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 vanilla pod
Serves: 6 Preparation: 5 Cook Time: 10 Total Time: 15min whats this
 

Directions

  1. In a bowl, lightly crush the berries with g of the sugar. Add a spoonful to the bottom of small glasses, then set the rest of the berry mixture aside.
