Media & Research Requests Terms Of Service

iVillage believes that this board will allow the media to contact those members wishing to taking part in media opportunities while protecting those who see such appeals as an invasion of their privacy.

We ask members of the media and researchers to respect our communities by not posting appeals on other boards. Messages on other boards will be removed.

The fee to post on this board is £50. You can pay by Debit Card or Credit Card.

How to post & pay

1. Post your message as normal. Once you have posted, your message will go into an 'approval queue'.
2. Next click on the Pay For Post button. Follow the instructions.
3. When your payment has been processed you will receive a receipt from WorldPay and we will receive confirmation. Once we have received that confirmation we will post your message as soon as possible with the next *two working days.
4. Please note that when you have paid you will not be returned to the board. To return to the board please bookmark this page Media & Research Requests board
5. Check back in two days to make sure your message has been posted. If it hasn't please email ukcustomerservices@email.ivillage.co.uk
6. Posts will be removed after 30 days.

   Members will NOT be able to reply to your post so we suggest you include all relevant information - phone number, email address etc. and activate the 'email me' facility in your profile.

   Refund policy
   A full refund will be given if we fail to post your message within two working days of receiving payment.

   We will also issue a refund if a request is made before your message has been posted.

   iVillage reserves the right to refuse or edit a post. A full refund will be given for messages which are deemed inappropriate and are not posted.
