Changes to iVillage Connect

We hope you'll enjoy the new system and look forward to adding more features soon.

Connect members now have more flexibility in their page layout with a drag and drop configurable profile.

While we still have all of the basic features you love about Connect, there are a few items that aren't up and running right now. This is because we want to make sure they're working properly before we put them on the site.

We are aware that there are still glitches in the new system and our team is working hard to make improvements and fix any remaining issues.

What does the new platform include?

• Personal profile with drag and drop functionality
• Personal blog
• Photo albums
• Video upload
• Tagging
• Groups, including group blogging
• Member to member messaging

What changed?

• The site looks different and you can now customise it by moving things around
• Your profile and groups have new URLs so if you bookmarked any Connect pages you will need to update those bookmarks

Coming soon:
Due to the scale of this upgrade there are a few features which we have held back. This is because we want to make sure they're working properly before we put them on the site. These include the option to set content as 'private' or 'friends only' and HTML coding.

On a more exciting note, soon we will be offering a range of fun backgrounds so you can further personalise your pages and we'll be adding iVillage widgets and other cool tools.
