Serve this as a traditional accompaniment to Christmas pudding. Save time by preparing in advance and refrigerating it.
 

Ingredients

  • 225g unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 225g golden caster sugar
  • grated zest of 1 orange
  • 4 tbsp brandy
Preparation: 15   Total Time: 15min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Use an electric whisk to cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the orange zest and brandy and mix well.
  3. Spoon into a bowl and chill until ready to serve.
