Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 300g crushed pineapple
  • 5 tbsp mango pieces
  • 2 peaches, peeled, stoned and sliced
  • 300ml semi-skimmed or skimmed milk
Serves: 4 Preparation: 5   Total Time: 5min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, then serve immediately.
