- 370g Brie
- 1 tbsp raspberry fruit spread
- 170g fresh raspberries
- sliced French bread or biscuits or assorted crudites, to serve

- Slice the Brie through the middle and spread raspberry fruit spread on the bottom half.
- In a small bowl, mash the raspberries with a fork and pour off the excess liquid. Spread the raspberries over the fruit spread, then cover with the top half of the Brie.
- Serve with sliced French bread or biscuits.
