Ingredients
- 720g brown rice
- 240g spring onions, chopped
- 90g canned sweetcorn
- 60g cashew nuts
- 60g raisins
- 1½ tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 80g red pepper, chopped
