Here's the basic recipe, invented at the Buck's Club, London, in 1921
Ingredients
- 1 measure fresh orange juice, chilled
- 2 measures champagne, chilled
- 1 dash grenadine (optional)
Grenadine is a concentrated, blood-red syrup made from pomegranate juice
