Camembert fondue with herb pittas

Baked Camembert is a firm favourite - that lovely creamy, ooziness is irresistible
Ingredients
1 camembert wheel
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- For the Pitta dippers:
- 6 white pittas
- 1 tbs olive oil

- Pre-heat oven to /, gas mark
- Remove the plastic wrapping from the cheese, place the cheese in its wooden box or alternatively wrap in greaseproof paper. Drizzle with olive oil, season and sprinkle over the thyme.
- Bake in the oven for minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the pittas into strips and split in half so they are just one layer thick. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle over the thyme.
- Bake the pittas in the oven for - minutes until the cheese has melted and the pittas are crispy.
