Caper, Shallot and Green Tea Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 200gms cream cheese, regular or low fat
  • 2tsp Himalayan Green Tea leaves, finely ground
  • 2tsp small capers, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 tbs hot water, more if needed
  • 2tbs of minced shallots
Preparation: 10   Total Time: 10min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Combine the cream cheese, tea, capers and hot water in an electric blender and beat until smooth, adding just enough water.
  2. Then stir shallots into the mixture, cover and refrigerate until needed.
