Imogen leaves the Royal Courts of Justice after losing her bid to overturn an injunction taken out by a Premier League footballer. The injunction acts as a gagging order, which means Imogen is unable to reveal the name of the married footballer with whom she supposedly had a six month fling.
The story has brought attention to the increasing use of injunctions by famous figures wishing to keep their misdemeanours out of the press. Speaking outside court, Imogen said 'Yet again my name and reputation have been trashed while the man I had a relationship with is able to hide.'
