Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit that you can substitute with lime. This sauce is ideal with Nobu's Seafood Ceviche
 

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp yuzu juice
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp finely grated garlic
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp aji amarillo paste
  • Aji amarillo is a yellow-orange Peruvian chilli pepper. It is available as a paste in the Specialty Food aisles of larger supermarkets.
