Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit that you can substitute with lime. This sauce is ideal with Nobu's Seafood Ceviche
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp yuzu juice
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp finely grated garlic
- ½ tsp grated ginger
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp aji amarillo paste
Aji amarillo is a yellow-orange Peruvian chilli pepper. It is available as a paste in the Specialty Food aisles of larger supermarkets.
