- 1 small clove garlic
- 2 handfuls fresh basil
- 25g (1oz) finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large slices of bread, e.g. rye, granary
- 100g (3½oz) cooked sliced chicken
- Handful rocket leaves
- 25g (1oz) toasted pine nuts
