Ingredients

  • 25g (1oz) Flora pro.activ spread
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 2 handfuls fresh basil
  • 25g (1oz) finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large slices of bread, e.g. rye, granary
  • 100g (3½oz) cooked sliced chicken
  • Handful rocket leaves
  • 25g (1oz) toasted pine nuts

  1. Place the spread, garlic and basil in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add the Parmesan and mix in.
  2. Spread the pesto over the bread and top with the rocket, chicken and pine nuts.
