This curried pasta dish uses yoghurt for freshness.

Ingredients
- 800g cooked linguini pasta or similar
- 500g Total 0 percent Greek Yoghurt
- 4 tbsp curry powder
- 2 red peppers
- 1 diced mango
- 4 crushed cloves of garlic
- Dry chilli flakes
- Chopped coriander
- Salt and pepper
- Chopped chives

- Brush the red pepper with oil and grill until black, then place in a plastic bag and seal which will loosen the skin with steam. When cool, skin and dice
