Ingredients
- 75g self-raising flour
- 4 tbsp low-fat cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 egg whites
- 75g caster sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 100g marshmallows

- Preheat the oven to //gas mark Grease a non-stick cm x cm baking tin.
- Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a bowl, add the salt and mix together.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and then beat in the sugar. Add the vanilla essence and then mix in the marshmallows.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin and bake in the oven for to minutes. It is cooked when no moisture attaches to a toothpick stuck into the mixture. Allow to cool slightly before dividing into brownie-sized pieces and removing from the pan.
