Ingredients
- 200g ricotta cheese
- 50 gm Full fat Cream cheese
- Zest of 1 orange
- 300gm Matthew Walker Christmas pudding, crumbled
- 3 large sheets of filo pastry
- 25g melted butter
- Ground Cinnamon
- Brown Sugar

- Place the cheese & orange zest in a mixing bowl mix to combine and well mixed then add your crumbled Christmas pudding
- Place the sheets of Filo pastry out on a flat surface brush each sheet with melted butter with a pastry brush Place the sheets on top of one another building up a layer of Filo sheets
- Place the creamed cheese pudding mix at one end of the layered sheets
