DON'T target the office geek
You may think he's easy prey, but the shy guy can be one of the most difficult guys to pull. Don't waste your time, even if you think he's sex on skinny legs. He has no idea how to read your signals or reciprocate them. If you're determined, come on strong and mention Star Trek.
