Ingredients
- 400g linguine
- 200g bag cooked frozen prawns, defrosted
- 100g bag rocket
- 3 tbsp creme fraiche
- 25g parmesan, grated

- Bring a large pan of water to the boil, then cook the linguine according to the pack instructions. Before draining the pasta, add the prawns to heat them through. Reserve some of the cooking water, then drain.
