Creamy tomato and ricotta pasta

This creamy pasta dish takes minutes to make, but will taste as if you've slaved over it.
 

Ingredients

  • 250g / 9oz linguine or spaghetti
  • Sea salt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 10g / 1/2 oz fresh chilli
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 jar of Dolmio Taste of Rome
  • 1 tbsp double cream
  • 100g / 4oz grated parmesan cheese
Serves: 2       whats this
 

Directions

  1. Add the pasta to a large saucepan of salted, boiling water and cook for approximately minutes until the pasta is 'al dente'.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and add the chopped fresh chilli and black pepper.
