A refreshing addition to a meal - and the best way to cool down if you put too much chilli in your korma!
Ingredients
- 150g wholemilk natural yogurt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, coarsely chopped
- 1 stick celery, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder

- Beat the yogurt, salt, sugar and cumin until the yogurt is smooth.
- Add the chopped onion, cucumber, celery and half the fresh coriander.
- Garnish with the remaining coriander and the chilli powder.
