A refreshing addition to a meal - and the best way to cool down if you put too much chilli in your korma!
 

Ingredients

  • 150g wholemilk natural yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, coarsely chopped
  • 1 stick celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
Serves: 4 Preparation: 10   Total Time: 10min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Beat the yogurt, salt, sugar and cumin until the yogurt is smooth.
  2. Add the chopped onion, cucumber, celery and half the fresh coriander.
  3. Garnish with the remaining coriander and the chilli powder.
