Atkins food at your fingertips

by Dr Wynnie Chan
Atkins Nutritionals Inc have developed a range of low-carb foods to give you a helping hand with your diet plan.

Are you one of the three million people in the UK on the Atkins diet? You'll be glad to hear that you can now get handy snacks and meals to help you stay on the low-carb regime and lose weight.

Some of the products are currently available in the UK and plans are underway to bring the whole range over here from the US. You can mail order the goods and some supermarkets and sandwich chains will start to introduce them.

Let's look at some of the available ranges, what nutrition they offer, and what phase of the diet they are suitable for. Plus, information on where you can get a hold of the Atkins range.
