Lose a stone with Big Brother's Jade

Follow the positive example of Jade Goody and tackle those excess holiday pounds with this solid, all-round workout

Big Brother's Jade Goody may not have emerged from the show's house £70,000 richer but she certainly picked up a few extra pounds - 14 of them in fact.

Despite initial efforts by the group to stay trim while inside the house, the lure of life on the rich side soon took its toll on Jade, who gained a stone in weight.

The bubbly Bermondsey girl, who claims to have been a size ten when she joined the reality show, was horrified to find that she was bursting out of her clothes and took to living in her bikini and tracksuit bottoms for the latter part of the series.

Still, she remains positive about her body. 'I don't consider myself fat, just bigger than I'd like to be,' she says. And after visiting a personal fitness instructor she told fellow Big Brother inmate Kate Lawler, 'I just want to tone up a bit.'
