Introducing your 'Get Out And About' Personal Trainer, Katie Gormley
Katie holds a full diploma in Personal Training and Sports massage from Premier Training. After graduating she worked as an intern with Dax Moy (one of London's most influential personal trainers), specialising in nutrition and functional movement. She now works independently in central London.
Katie is a bit of runner, a lot of a cyclist, a dancer and general action enthusiast.
She studied ballet for over 12 years, but after a knee injury put paid to ideas of the Royal Ballet School she turned to the more freestyle form of street dance. She went on to dance professionally in both the UK and Australia.
A general action girl, when Katie isn't cycling, she can regularly be found pounding the pavements of London with her clients. During the winter she will take any opportunity to grab her snowboard for some fun and games on the slopes.
