Buff brides workout

a brideYou've got the ring, set the date and booked the venue, but what really sets the alarm bells ringing is the line of the dress being spoilt by bingo wings and a bulging tummy. What is a girl to do?

I'm getting married in four months and I freely admit that I've turned into 'Bridezilla'. I always swore I wouldn't be one of those brides who talks about nothing but 'the big day' - tick; who would organise and harass her bridesmaids to exhaustion - tick; who would argue with her fiance about pointless details like balastrading (don't ask) - tick. Yes, I've successfully turned into everything I've ever hated, and I'm loving every single minute of it!

Along with the burgeoning obsession for flowers and all things fluffy, I've also started to notice my body isn't exactly what I want staring back at me for evermore in my wedding photographs. The time has come for action, but where are you supposed to start?
