  • Shake up your routine.Once or twice a month, break out of your fitness rut. Make a workout date with a friend you never see, or hire a personal trainer for a session. You'll change your old programme and perhaps learn a new trick or two.
  • Chew on this. Try a new type of cuisine or restaurant where you can enjoy a tasty, yet healthy meal, and savour every bite. But, don't fall into the trap where you binge on decadent desserts or huge portions every time you have a great workout—you don’t want to sabotage all of your hard work.
