'Yes. The two practices complement each other very effectively,' says Thomson. According to him, each discipline offers a different type of workout where the focus is inward, the element of competition is removed and both satisfy our increasing desire to understand our bodies better. Case in point, Diane Holland has selected her favourite sections of the two practices to create her own 'Yoga Pilates Fusion' class at Triyoga.
