Diets celebs swear by

continued from page 1
Organic
For other stars, organic foods are the answer. Gwyneth Paltrow follows a strict macrobiotic diet that bans all meats, eggs, dairy and caffeine. 'It's hard to do,' she told reporters in 2000, 'but it's very worth it. I try to eat as organically as possible. I don't eat candy, because I don't think there's any prana, any energy, in it. I try not to eat anything that's toxic.'

Julia Roberts and Christina Aguilera have gone organic, too. Thesmokinggun.com reports that Roberts insists on having organic milk in her trailer and Aquilera keeps organic milk and soy cheese in her dressing room.

Vegetarian
Vegans Alicia Silverstone and Drew Barrymore avoid all animal products and, instead, stick to foods like peas, beans, lentils, peanuts and almonds to get protein.

And size two Cameron Diaz isn't counting calories. 'I'm blessed with a quick metabolism, so I can eat more or less what I like,' the former Charlie's Angel boasted. But before dieters across the world start sending her hate mail, Diaz does admit that she's a vegetarian and recently gave up caffeine.
