Rich and delicious little pies -perfect for a luxurious tea party.
 

Ingredients

  • 100g butter
  • 75g caster sugar
  • 150g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 60g soft light brown sugar
  • 80g double cream
  • 25g Darkly Divine (70% cocoa) chocolate
  • 2 egg yolks
Serves: 4 Preparation: 20 Cook Time: 20 Total Time: 40min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Cream the butter and sugar together in a bowl and mix in the egg. Add the flour and combine, without over-mixing. Wrap in cling film and chill.
  2. When chilled roll out pastry and line the tartlet cases. Blind bake until golden brown.
