Ingredients
- 100g butter
- 75g caster sugar
- 150g flour
- 1 egg
- 60g soft light brown sugar
- 80g double cream
- 25g Darkly Divine (70% cocoa) chocolate
- 2 egg yolks

- Cream the butter and sugar together in a bowl and mix in the egg. Add the flour and combine, without over-mixing. Wrap in cling film and chill.
- When chilled roll out pastry and line the tartlet cases. Blind bake until golden brown.
