The celebrated head barman at the Lanesborough Hotel's Library Bar, Salvatore Calabrese, created Dolce Havana as a delicious aperitif. The smooth fusion of flavours will transport you to sunnier climes.
 

Ingredients

  • 40ml white rum
  • 20ml aperol
  • 15ml cointreau
  • 30ml fresh orange juice
  • 20ml fresh lime juice

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.
