As long as you give them a hand with melting the chocolate, these are the sort of things children love to cook (and eat!).
Ingredients
- 100g unsalted butter, cubed, plus extra for greasing
- 150g luxury milk chocolate, broken into pieces
- 150g luxury white chocolate, broken into pieces
- 125g rice snaps
- 50g mini marshmallows
Directions
More recipes like this
- Place half the butter and three-quarters of the milk chocolate in one bowl and set over a pan of hot water. Put the remaining butter in another bowl with three-quarters of the white chocolate and set over another pan of hot water. Stir until both have melted.
- Divide the rice snaps and marshmallows in half. Stir one half into the milk chocolate and the other half into the white chocolate.
- Lightly grease the tin and press the milk chocolate mix into the base. Top with the white chocolate mixture and press down firmly. Leave to set in the fridge for hour.
- To decorate, melt the remaining milk and white chocolate in separate bowls. Remove the cake from the tin. Drizzle the milk chocolate in zig-zags across the top, then drizzle the white chocolate the other way. Cut into squares and serve.
