Cranberry Cooler
A simple mix with a great taste
Ingredients:
1 shot Disaronno
1 shot vodka
3 shots cranberry juice
2 shots orange juiceMethod:
Shake all the ingredients with ice and pour into an ice-filled tall glass.Lychee Martini

Ingredients:
1 measure (50ml) premium vodka
2 tsp fresh lychee juice ice
1 lychee, peeled and stonedMethod:
Shake together the vodka, lychee juice and ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with the peeled lychee.Amaretto sour
A classic way to enjoy Amaretto
Ingredients:
2 shots Disaronno
1 shot fresh lemon juice
4 dashes Angostura BittersMethod:
Shake with ice and strain into a tumbler. Garnish with a lemon slice and cherry.Apricot Blazer
Turn up the heat with this whiskey cocktail
Ingredients:
100ml/4fl oz Irish whiskey
4 tsp brown sugar
30ml/1 fl oz Apricot brandy
8 to 10 dried apricots
orange zest, to garnishMethod:
Pour the Jameson into 2 snifter glasses - this is a bulbous glass traditionally used for drinking whiskey. Add the sugar. Heat the liquid in the glass whilst adding the brandy and apricots.
Note: The best way to do this is to with a lighter or match.Keep twisting the snifter and moving it over the flame so the glass does not get too hot. As in all situations in which you heat alcohol, use caution. Make this a group activity by getting a friend to hold the lighter or match while you add the brandy and apricots.
Transfer contents to a clean, cold glass and garnish with the orange zest.

Method:
Layer the following in a shot glass:
1 shot Disaronno
1 shot De Kuyper Crème de Cacao
1 shot Amarula Cream LiqueurTanqueray Tang
Ingredients:
1 part Tanqueray gin
1 part cherry brandy
2 parts freshly squeezed lime juice soda water
1 tsp sugarPreparation:
Mix the above ingredients together over ice, adding soda water to taste. Serve in a tall glass and decorate with a wedge of lime. The ideal red and green cocktail.Amaretto Alexander
A brilliant twist on the classic Brandy Alexander
Ingredients:
1 shot Disaronno
1 shot De Kuyper Crème de Cacao
1 shot single cream
1 shot milkMethod:
Shake with ice and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg.Pink Volcano
Ingredients:
1kg strawberries
8 tbsp sugar
3 bottles cider, chilled
1 bottle pink Champagne, chilled
2 tbsp strawberry sherbet icePreparation:
Slice the strawberries into a jug or bowl (one that can fit into your fridge). Sprinkle over the sugar, pour in 1 bottle of cider and chill for a few hours. When chilled, pour the strawberries and cider into a large punch bowl filled with ice, and add the rest of the cider and the champagne. Sprinkle the sherbert over the top to give it a volcano-like fizz.Toasted Almond
