- 285ml whipping cream
- 3 tbsp orange liqueur, such as Cointreau or Grand Marnier
- 350g punnet strawberries, washed, hulled and chopped
- 75g meringues or meringue nests, crumbled

- Lightly whip the cream, then fold in the orange liqueur. Stir in the strawberries and the crumbled meringue and fold in gently.
- Transfer the mixture to individual sundae glasses and serve at once.
