Okay, there's not really an eyeball in this drink, but a carved radish comes fairly close
Ingredients
- 1 fresh radish per drink
- 1 stuffed green olive
- 5 parts gin
- 1 part dry vermouth

Using a small knife, carve the radish into the shape of an eyeball. Bore a hole big enough to take the stuffed olive. For an authentic look, leave some streaks of red skin coming from the hole. This will give the impression of a bloodshot eye.- Stir the gin and vermouth in a mixing glass and strain into a martini cocktail glass. Drop in the blood-shot eyeball.
