- Groundnut oil
- Sirloin steak 1 x 350g, fat removed, sliced into thin strips
- Thai red curry paste 2 tbsp
- Green beans 150g, cut into 3cm pieces
- Red pepper 1, sliced into thin strips
- Tilda Rizazz brown basmati rice 1 pack
- Roasted peanuts 50g, crushed (optional)

- Heat tbsp oil in a wok or large frying pan to smoking hot. Add the steak and cook for a minute, turning to seal and lightly brown. Turn the heat down to medium and add the curry paste. Stir well and add tbsp water.
- Add the beans and red pepper and cook for minutes. Add a little more water if you prefer more sauce and serve with the brown basmati rice and the peanuts sprinkled over.

- This recipe is a Gi star. It's full of low to medium Gi ingredients, especially the rice, peanuts and veg.
- Recipe extra
- This also works well with pork. It's quite spicy so you might like to add a little coconut milk instead of the water.
