Fiery Chicken Legs

This chicken cooked in a spicy marinade is guaranteed to warm you up on the coldest of nights
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and crushed
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 150ml plain yoghurt
- juice of a lime or 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

- Mix together the ingredients for the marinade.
- Smear the chicken in the marinade and leave to rest for at least hour.
- Preheat the oven to //gas mark
- Roast for minutes, basting occasionally, until cooked through and crispy on the outside.
